Retail B&M Merchandise planner & Allocator

As an Assistant Manager- Merchandise Planner at Palmonas, you will play a crucial role in the creation of buy plans aligned with sales targets and assisting in the Merchandise Assortment plan for all stores. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining store planograms based on space and sales performance, as well as end-to-end allocation and replenishment for assigned regions, partners, and categories. You will be tasked with formulating seasonal stock-to-sales plans and tracking seasonal retail KPIs such as DOC, Sales-to-Stocks ratio, Sell Through, Freshness, and store Fill rate. Your role will involve creating merchandise plan reports, analyzing product categories" targets versus achievements, and planning launches, pullbacks, and returns based on thorough planning and dispatch strategies. Collaboration with key stakeholders including WH & supply chain, sales & operations, marketing & VM will be essential to ensure alignment and success in your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for EOSS, markup & markdown planning, with occasional travel required based on business needs. The ideal candidate for this position should have a qualification from NIFT/PEARL/MBA with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Merchandise planning. Fluency in multitasking within a fast-paced environment is crucial, and a background in specialty retail such as Jewellery, apparel, giftware, or imports is highly preferred.
