Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Banker located in Chandigarh. The Retail Banker will engage with customers to assess their banking needs, promote products and services such as deposits, accounts, and loans, and provide personalized financial guidance. Responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, handling transactions efficiently, managing customer queries, and contributing to business growth by building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience, and Customer Service to build lasting relationships and provide exceptional support
• Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
• Knowledge of banking operations related to Deposits, including account opening, maintenance, and advisory services
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic banking requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is advantageous
• Understanding of the local banking and financial landscape will be considered a plus
