This is a full-time, on-ground role with scope to grow into senior retail, store operations, or community-led roles.
Reccy — an outdoor-first apparel brand — is looking for a driven, curious Retail Associate who has hands-on experience across customer experience, store operations, merchandising, marketing and product understanding.
Role Details:
📍 Chembur, Mumbai (On-site)
🕒 6 days working
🗓️ Week off: Weekday (Sunday working)
📅 Joining: ASAP
💼 Salary: 20000 Per month (In hand), with scope for salary growth and performance-linked incentives.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer guidance and product recommendations
• Sales operations, billing, POS
• Stock upkeep + inventory support
• Supporting merchandising through product arrangement and display updates
• Light content + community-facing tasks
• Day-to-day operational & marketing execution
Qualifications
• 12th pass / UG / Graduate
• 18–25, curious about retail and customer behaviour
• Confident communicator; reliable and presentable
• Fluent in English + basic Hindi/Marathi
• Ready for a full-time, on-ground role
• Prior retail/hospitality exposure is a bonus
