Job Title: Retail Kiosk Associate
Location: Delhi
Reports To: Kiosk Supervisor / Cluster Manager
Role:
Responsible for customer service, sales, and daily operations at the kiosk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers, explain products/services.
• Achieve sales targets and upsell products.
• Handle billing via POS and maintain accurate records.
• Keep kiosk clean, stocked, and well-presented.
• Follow company policies and grooming standards.
Requirements:
• 12th pass minimum; retail experience preferred (freshers welcome).
• Good communication in English & local language.
• Basic math & computer skills; willingness to work shifts/weekends.
