Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Resume / LinkedIn Expert. The Resume / LinkedIn Expert will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing resumes and LinkedIn profiles to enhance client employability. Tasks include conducting consultations to understand clients' career goals, generating and tailoring content to job descriptions, providing job search advice, and preparing clients for interviews.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Resume Writing and LinkedIn Profile Optimization
• Skills in Consulting and Client Interaction, with the ability to understand clients' career goals
• Proficient in Editing and Tailoring Content to match job descriptions
• Experience in Job Search Advice and Interview Preparation
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in career coaching or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field

It’s an offline position, and the candidate must be willing to relocate to our Calicut office.
