Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Training Manager located in Panchkula. The Restaurant Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for restaurant staff, ensuring all team members are properly trained. The role includes evaluating employee performance, identifying training needs, and coordinating with management to enhance training effectiveness. The Manager will also oversee compliance with company policies and standards, and foster a positive work environment to enhance staff productivity and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate employee performance and identify training needs
• Knowledge of compliance and company policies
• Proficiency with training tools and techniques
• Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
