Job Description

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Restaurant Service staff for our upcoming café and restaurant. The ideal candidates should be passionate about service, well-groomed, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and present menus.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Professionally serve food and drinks.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained.
Handle guest queries and resolve basic complaints.
Assist with table settings, order pickups, and restaurant setup.
Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
Support in opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements:

6 months – 2 years of experience preferred (Freshers can also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food & beverages.
Positive attitude, team player, and customer-friendly.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pre-opening experience is a plus.
