Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Opening Setup
:
Manage the complete setup of a new restaurant, vendor coordination, staffing.
Coordinate with chefs and management to ensure smooth restaurant launch.
Menu Formation
:
Assist in designing a well-balanced menu suited to the concept and clientele.
Collaborate with chefs on recipe development and presentation standards.
Event Management
:
Plan and execute in-house events, parties, or corporate gatherings.
Coordinate F&B services, staffing, and logistics to ensure event success.
VIP/Foreign Guest Service
:
Personally oversee the dining experience of foreign dignitaries or VIP guests.
Ensure all meals are customized to meet cultural and dietary preferences.
In-Room Dining (IRD) Expertise
:
Lead IRD operations including order handling, timely delivery, setup, and guest follow-up.
Train staff on IRD presentation and service etiquette.
Costing & Inventory Control
:
Calculate accurate food and beverage costs per menu item.
Monitor consumption and wastage, and assist in stock control and procurement planning.
Staff Roster & Scheduling
:
Prepare weekly duty rosters ensuring proper shift distribution.
Manage leave plans and optimize manpower utilization.
