Restaurant operation manager

As a full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, handling customer orders for both delivery and takeaway, creating staff schedules, maintaining staff hygiene, and ensuring the overall hygiene of the organization. Grillax restaurant caters to fitness enthusiasts and food lovers who prefer healthy alternatives to junk food. With multiple branches and ongoing expansions, Grillax offers a limited yet highly appetizing menu that caters to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Our emphasis on healthy, grilled items provides a distinctive dining experience that sets us apart in the culinary world. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in restaurant management and operations, possess strong leadership and team management skills, demonstrate excellent customer service and communication abilities, be knowledgeable about health and safety regulations, and be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential, along with a minimum educational qualification of Plus two or equivalent. The basic salary for this position ranges from 22k to 30k, and accommodation will be provided as part of the remuneration package.
