Restaurant Catering Manager

As a Restaurant Catering Manager at Khaleez Restaurant, Tirur, your role will involve leading the catering team to deliver exceptional events and experiences to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with clients to plan and execute events, such as weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings. - Develop event concepts, menus, and timelines. - Create and update menus for events and functions. - Source and select vendors for food, beverages, and supplies. - Manage and supervise catering staff, ensuring they are trained and knowledgeable about events, menus, and service standards. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues. - Manage event logistics, including setup, execution, and breakdown. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. - Manage event budgets, analyze financial reports, and make recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in catering management or a related field. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Strong event planning and management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. - Financial management and budgeting skills. - Catering industry certifications, such as Certified Catering Manager (CCM), preferred.
