Job Title: Cashier – Smaaash Entertainment
Location: Gurugram, Delhi NCR
Job Type: Full-Time, On-site
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off
Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Gender: Male candidates only
Age Limit: Up to 30 years
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

Role Overview
The Cashier will be responsible for managing billing activities, handling customer transactions, and ensuring accurate and timely service at the billing counter while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
The Cashier will handle billing and payment transactions accurately and efficiently. The role includes maintaining daily cash records, POS entries, and sales reports. The candidate will assist guests with billing-related queries and provide basic product or service information. Responsibilities also include proper handling of cash, cards, and digital payment modes, maintaining cleanliness and organization at the billing counter, and coordinating with operations and accounts teams to ensure smooth daily workflow.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a cashier in a gaming zone, restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Basic English communication skills are required. The role demands good numerical ability, attention to detail, and a customer-service-oriented attitude. Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
