Job Title: Cashier – Smaaash Entertainment
Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off
Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is one of India’s leading entertainment and gaming destinations, offering arcade games, virtual reality experiences, bowling, and dining services. We are looking for a Cashier to support billing and customer transactions at our Madurai center.
Role Overview
The Cashier will be responsible for handling billing operations, managing payments, and ensuring accurate and timely service for guests while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Process billing and payment transactions accurately.Maintain daily cash records, POS entries, and sales reports.Assist customers with billing-related queries and basic product information.Handle cash, card, and digital payment methods responsibly.Ensure cleanliness and proper organization at the billing counter.Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for smooth daily workflow.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier in a gaming zone, restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is required.Ability to communicate in Tamil is mandatory.Basic English communication skills are required.Good numerical ability with attention to detail.Customer-focused attitude and sense of responsibility.Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
