Restaurant Captain/Steward/Crew Member

Job Description: You will be part of a dynamic team at our caf with roles such as Cafe Captain, Steward, and Crew Member. Depending on your interest and experience, you will contribute to the daily operations, customer service, and maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude. - Take orders and assist in food and beverage preparation. - Maintain cleanliness of the caf, including kitchen and dining areas. - Support stock management and restocking of supplies. - Handle customer queries or complaints politely. - Lead and supervise shifts (for Cafe Captain role). - Train and guide new team members (for senior positions). Requirements: - Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented. - Good communication skills. - Willingness to learn and work flexible hours.
