Job Description

Greet guests warmly and ensure excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room staff to ensure smooth service.
Assign sections to servers and monitor their performance during shifts.
Take orders from guests and ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Resolve customer complaints and handle any issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation standards are maintained.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff for efficient order flow.
Train and guide new service staff on restaurant protocols and service standards.
Upsell menu items and promote daily specials or high-margin dishes.
Monitor inventory of dining essentials (e.g., cutlery, napkins, condiments) and request replenishment when needed.
Maintain accurate billing and ensure smooth handling of payments.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Job Type: Full-time
