Job Description

The Hotel Captain is responsible for supervising the restaurant service team, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and providing guests with a memorable dining experience. They act as a link between guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff in the restaurant/banquet.
  • Greet guests, take orders when required, and ensure personalized service.
  • Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and readiness before service hours.
  • Guide servers and stewards in their daily operations and allocate tasks.
  • Handle guest complaints effectively and provide quick resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth order execution.
  • Train and motivate service staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor stock levels of cutlery, crockery, and other service equipment.
  • Maintain records of daily sales, reservations, and customer feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,684.86 - ₹20,029.26 per month
