Restaurant Captain

• Coordination and Communication:Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and other departments to ensure smooth service flow.
• Problem-Solving:Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently to maintain a positive dining environment.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage:A good understanding of the menu, food preparation, and beverage service standards.
• Restaurant Operations:Familiarity with restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and safety protocols.
• Training and Development:Experience in training and developing staff to improve their skills and performance.
• Customer Relationship Management:Ability to build strong relationships with guests and create a welcoming and memorable dining experience

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
