Job Summary

The Restaurant Captain oversees service staff, ensures smooth operations, and delivers excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely and accurate food & beverage service
• Monitor cleanliness, table setup, and compliance with service standards
• Assist in staff training, billing, and daily operational reporting

Required Qualifications (Optional)

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management preferred
• Completion of Food & Beverage Service training is an advantage
• High school (12th pass) with relevant restaurant or hotel experience may also be considered

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management
• Certification in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality Operations
• Prior experience as a Captain / Senior Steward in a hotel or restaurant
• Good knowledge of service standards, menu planning, and guest handling
• Strong communication and team-handling skills

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards and team coordination

Work Environment / Conditions (Optional)

• Fast-paced restaurant environment requiring standing for long hours
• Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
