The selected candidate will provide support to the FIG Advisory and Upstream team in India and other regions on Responsible Finance. Responsibilities: - Conduct Responsible Finance (RF) assessments and research - Deliver trainings and workshops for financial institutions - Support the development of reports, frameworks, and toolkits - Monitor program implementation for RF best practices This is a temporary position with an envisaged start date in September 2026. The grade for this position is C4. Selection Criteria: - Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in the financial sector, with a focus on customer protection - Proven experience in developing responsible finance standards and best practices, including assessing the practices of financial companies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose practical solutions - Capacity to adapt and understand local contexts to provide tailored and realistic recommendations aligned with IFC's business strategy - Ability to collaborate effectively with various financial sector entities and respond promptly to client requests - Excellent communication skills in English To apply, please submit your CV and a Cover Letter to atandon1@ifc.org by September 9, 2025.
