Experience : 10 - 20 yrs

Location: Pan India

Required Skills:

• Overall 12+ years of experience of which at least 5+ years working in AI, data science, data governance, technology consulting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of key Responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, accountability, privacy, security, and robustness.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act and other emerging AI regulations).
• Experience in conducting ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for AI systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Client Engagement:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on all aspects of Responsible AI, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
• Lead workshops and discussions to educate clients on Responsible AI principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including data scientists, engineers, legal, and business stakeholders) to integrate Responsible AI considerations throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Communicate complex technical and ethical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategy and Framework Development:
• Develop and implement tailored Responsible AI strategies, frameworks, policies, and guidelines for clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to identify potential ethical, legal, and societal risks associated with AI systems.
• Advise on the implementation of fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy-preserving techniques in AI development.
• Stay abreast of evolving regulations, standards, and emerging best practices in the field of Responsible AI.
• Implementation and Governance:
• Support the integration of Responsible AI principles into AI development methodologies and governance structures.
• Contribute to the development of tools and processes for monitoring and evaluating the responsible performance of AI systems.
• Assist clients in establishing internal review boards and ethical oversight mechanisms for AI.
• Provide guidance on data governance practices relevant to Responsible AI.
