Resourcing Manager- Salesforce

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Resource Manager at Horizontal Digital based in Jaipur, India, you will be a practice-focused professional responsible for driving workforce planning, allocation, and utilization across Salesforce engagements. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to forecast demand, balance supply, and ensure the deployment of the right skills at the right time. You will play a crucial role in aligning delivery readiness with business growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end resource allocation across Salesforce projects, regardless of project-level influence - Forecast resource requirements based on pipeline, delivery schedules, and skill trends - Conduct simulations to evaluate the impacts of slippage, scope changes, or parallel demands - Monitor utilization, bench strength, and supply-demand gaps, and provide leadership with relevant dashboards - Work with Sales and PMO teams to develop pre-sales staffing plans, ensuring early visibility of resource needs - Collaborate with Finance to predict revenue and margin effects of resource movements - Provide recommendations for hiring or contractor augmentation plans in line with forecasted demand - Support cross-skilling and career development initiatives by identifying capability gaps Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of professional experience in resource management, workforce planning, or analytics within consulting or IT services - Experience in managing multi-shore resourcing models involving onsite and offshore teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools - Familiarity with Salesforce roles, skills, and delivery models including functional, technical, architects, and PMO - Demonstrated ability to balance utilization, profitability, and delivery readiness in a professional services context - Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field (MBA preferred) Additional Company Details: Horizontal Digital is an experience-forward consultancy that focuses on helping organizations exceed customer expectations and prioritize customer-centricity in all aspects of their operations.
