Job Description

As a Resources Mobilization Executive at Child Help Foundation, your role will involve identifying and securing funding opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with donors, developing fundraising strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for managing and reporting on funding activities and collaborating with various teams to maximize resource mobilization efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and secure funding opportunities - Build and maintain relationships with donors - Develop fundraising strategies - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Manage and report on funding activities - Collaborate with various teams to maximize resource mobilization efforts Qualifications: - Experience in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relationship management - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strategic thinking and project management abilities - Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for non-profits - Proficiency in using fundraising software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field - Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus - Dedication to the mission and vision of Child Help Foundation Child Help Foundation is a child-centric organization focused on providing education, shelter, food, and sustainable support for children in need.
