Key Responsibilities:

Establish and manage
robotic painting processes
for automotive components.
Work on
CAD layouts

robot programming
, and
PLC programming
.
Improve
OK Rate
and
First Time Through (FTT)
performance.
Implement
energy-saving projects
and green initiatives in the paint shop.
Conduct
PPAP
for painted parts and ensure quality compliance.
Drive projects for
cost reduction, VOCs reduction, capacity improvement, and safety
.
Maintain robots and eliminate operational errors through PLC programming.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of
CAD
and layout preparation.
Experience in
robot programming
