Job Description

We are seeking a Resource Specialist, who will be responsible for assisting with workforce planning/resource management activities within the Advisory business unit.

Essential Job Duties:

Execute the scheduling function which includes maintenance of an up-to-date schedule, staff allocation, conflict resolution, alignment of staff career goals and reporting.
Manage scheduling conflicts and determine resolutions, escalate to manager as necessary.
Primary point of contact for personnel; ensure resources receive timely and appropriate feedback.
Provide managers with support when it comes to Resource Management issues or improving resource management processes.
Ability to interact with executives and staff at all levels, across many geographic locations.
Overcome resource shortages by means of resource management techniques, reallocating resources, assigning more staff, etc. Inform senior management of any issues related to inability to meet clients needs due to resourcing.
Provide project managers will support when it comes to resource management issues or improving resource management processes.
Provide operational support for resource onboarding, offboarding, enablement, and/or training as is required for the applicable business unit
Coordinating team events and actively participating in resource enablement initiatives.
Uphold team morale and overall company culture.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bachelors degree in relevant field, or equivalent work experience
Two (2) plus years of relevant experience
Proficiency with Microsoft office tools
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines, projects, and data needs in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication skills (verbal, facilitation, written and presentation)
Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
Travel required up to an estimated 15%
