Job Description

As a commercially savvy Resource Fulfilment Lead with expertise in Temenos, your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end fulfilment of Time & Material (T&M) requirements for global banking clients. This role will require you to take complete ownership from requirement validation to candidate onboarding, rate negotiations, margin protection, and SoW finalization. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, Recruitment, and internal CoEs to ensure fulfilment speed, skill fit, and revenue assurance across global markets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the end-to-end SPOC for all Temenos T&M fulfilment requirements globally - Validate roles, rates, location constraints, and onboarding timelines with Sales and Delivery teams - Source candidates aligned to skill, geography, and cost in partnership with the Recruitment team - Drive rate negotiations, approve commercials, and protect target margins - Finalize Statements of Work (SoWs) in collaboration with legal, finance, and delivery - Maintain fulfilment dashboards, skill pipeline visibility, and upcoming requirement planning - Advise on market trends for sourcing, pricing, and hiring decisions - Track fulfilment-to-billing cycle time and reduce revenue leakage - Flag fulfilment risks proactively and propose mitigation options - Coordinate redeployments with internal CoEs to manage roll-offs effectively **Qualification Required:** - Extensive knowledge of Temenos implementation roles across functional, technical, and digital tracks - Strong understanding of T&M pricing, rate structures, and margin management - Hands-on experience working with recruitment, sales, and delivery functions in a global context - Experience finalizing and reviewing Statements of Work for resource fulfilment - Exposure to global staffing and associated visa/work constraints - Strong commercial acumen with revenue accountability mindset - Highly organized, proactive, and driven by fulfilment SLAs and revenue realization - Proficient in staffing CRMs, Excel trackers, and fulfilment dashboards - Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure demands from multiple regions In addition to the above, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Human Resources. An MBA or certifications in Commercial/Contract Management are considered a plus for this role.
