Criteria : Must be 35-40 years or under Experience in stakeholder management either as a RM/GM or as a HOD FNB and Front Office Background Must be sales oriented – even a background on that is advantages Must be either a HOD or a GM/RM Min 2 years within an organization The avg tenure in an organization should be at least 2 to 3 years.
