Resilience Program Manager

As the IT Resilience Program Manager at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of critical IT services in the event of a disaster or disruption. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining comprehensive disaster recovery plans, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating with IT and business units to align disaster recovery plans with business continuity objectives. You will also be responsible for managing disaster recovery testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, providing training programs for staff, and collaborating with external vendors to enhance disaster recovery solutions. Additionally, you will monitor and report on the status of disaster recovery readiness and improvements, working closely with resilience analysts, IT DR stakeholders, and critical internal partners to execute on resiliency goals and strategy. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT disaster recovery or business continuity planning. Strong knowledge of disaster recovery principles, methodologies, and best practices, as well as experience with disaster recovery tools and technologies, will be essential. Project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also required, along with effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or Disaster Recovery Certified Specialist (DRCS) are considered a plus.
