RESIDENTIAL STAFF REQUIRED FOR BOARDING SCHOOL Location: AMBALA/PATIALA/YAMUNANAGAR Job Overview: The Residential Staff is responsible for ensuring a positive living environment for residents, providing support, enforcing policies, and fostering a sense of community. The role includes serving as a resource for residents, ensuring their well-being, and addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise. Residential Staff members may work in settings such as student housing, residential care facilities, or group homes. Key Responsibilities: 1.Resident Support & Community Building: Assist in fostering a welcoming and inclusive living environment. Plan, organize, and participate in activities and programs aimed at enhancing the resident experience. Provide personal support and guidance to residents, referring them to appropriate resources when needed. 2.Policy Enforcement: Monitor resident behavior to ensure compliance with facility or campus policies. Address and report violations in a fair and consistent manner. Mediate conflicts between residents and facilitate conflict resolution. 3.Safety & Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and incidents in accordance with established protocols. Be available on-call during assigned shifts to address urgent issues. Conduct regular safety checks and report maintenance or safety concerns. 4.Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of incidents, activities, and maintenance requests. Assist with the check-in and check-out process for residents. Communicate regularly with the Residential Manager/Director and provide updates on resident issues and concerns. 5.Facilities Management: Ensure that communal areas are kept clean, safe, and in good working condition.
