You will engage with qualified leads by meeting clients in person, providing them with customized property options, and delivering informative presentations on buying/investment without applying any pressure. Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and future vision, and educating them on property investment opportunities will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will guide clients on available incentives and strategies while managing relationships throughout the decision-making process and ensuring continuous communication post-sales. Upholding the integrity of the NoBroker brand is essential, as you strive to consistently deliver value to all clients and seek referrals to expand your clientele. Conducting surveys to evaluate the pricing of competing properties and taking ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure are also part of your responsibilities.
