Key Responsibilities

• Showcase premium residential projects (e.g., Keshav residential ventures) to
• prospective homebuyers
• Actively source and develop leads via referrals, digital platforms, and walk-ins
• Conduct site visits, present floor plans, and articulate benefits project positioning,
• quality, and timelines
• Nurture client relationships through consultative selling across buying stages
• Collaborate with marketing to convert leads into bookings and close sales targets
• Maintain compliance with documentation processes, tracking end-to-end contract execution
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years in residential sales (real estate or related sectors)
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and closing capabilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
• Well-groomed, professional presence, adaptable to client interaction levels
  

Preferred

• Knowledge of Mumbai s residential real estate landscape
• Success in customer engagement and conversions in mid- to high-end projects
