Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Reservations Ticketing Agent located in Kozhikode. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, promoting travel and tourism services, and driving sales through ticketing solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Reservations and Sales (Minimum 2 Years)
• Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in ticketing systems
• Experience with global visa assistance is a plus
• Minimum of a high school diploma, Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field preferred
