Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent based in Srinagar. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for managing reservations, ticketing, and customer service. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, booking flights, processing travel documents, ensuring accurate ticket issuance, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves upselling travel products and services to maximize sales and client satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Reservations and Travel & Tourism Sales skills specific to the travel industry Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Srinagar Proficient computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
