Reservations Executive

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for handling room reservations, inquiries from OTAs, direct bookings, and travel agents. Your main focus will be to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while providing excellent customer service. It is crucial to ensure accurate and timely updates of reservation records in the systems. You will collaborate with the operations and front office team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Additionally, responding promptly to guest queries and providing solutions tailored to their needs will be part of your daily tasks. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or a related field. Familiarity with CRM tools and booking systems would be considered a plus.
