As a Reservations and Sales Associate at Everest Base Camp, Mussoorie in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in managing guest inquiries and reservation requests to ensure a seamless and personalized booking experience. Your responsibilities will include driving room sales, promoting luxury camping packages, handling modifications and special requests, and collaborating closely with front office and operations teams to offer holistic guest experiences. Additionally, you will lead the reservation and sales team serving bookings for other client hotels, monitor and analyze sales, and train, mentor, and supervise team members to foster growth and consistent service excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Manage guest inquiries and reservation requests, providing a seamless and personalized booking experience. - Drive room sales and promote luxury camping packages to maximize occupancy and revenue. - Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests in line with company standards. - Collaborate with front office and operations teams to offer holistic guest experiences. - Maintain accurate reservation and sales records and possess thorough knowledge of all offerings. - Lead the reservation and sales team for other client hotels, monitoring sales and promoting new strategies. - Train, mentor, and supervise team members to ensure consistent service excellence. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, tourism, or business preferred. - 1-2 years of experience in sales, reservations, or hospitality operations. - Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities. - Willingness to work flexible hours.
