Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reservation Manager to support our sales team in managing hotel bookings. The role involves checking and responding to reservation emails, confirming bookings, updating systems, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team and front office.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to all reservation emails and booking inquiries. Confirm bookings received by the sales team and issue reservation confirmations to guests. Coordinate with the front desk, operations, and housekeeping teams for smooth check-ins. Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest details, and special requests. Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and availability updates. Ensure timely communication with guests regarding booking status and special requests. Assist the sales team with rate checks and availability updates as needed. Requirements: Prior experience in hotel reservations or front office preferred. Strong communication and email handling skills. Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office. Attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
