• Responding to inquiries from potential guests regarding room availability, rates, and amenities.
• Promoting and upselling hotel services, packages, and amenities to maximize revenue.
• Negotiating rates and packages with individual guests, corporate clients, and travel agencies.
• Collaborating with the sales team to implement strategies for attracting and retaining customers.
• Processing reservations through the hotel's booking system or property management system (PMS).
• Ensuring accuracy in reservation details including guest information, room preferences, and special requests.
• Handling cancellations, modifications, and re-bookings in accordance with hotel policies.
• Managing room inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinating with other departments such as housekeeping and front desk to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Anticipating guests' needs and preferences to personalize their experience and exceed their expectations.
• Resolving any issues related to reservations, billing, or accommodations effectively and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and payments.
