Handle hotel booking requests from operations team and ensure timely confirmations. Coordinate with domestic and international hotel for rates, availability, and special requests. Prepare and send vouchers, confirmation emails to clients. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and amendments. Ensure accuracy in data entry and booking details on CRM or back-office systems. Assist the operations team in resolving booking-related issues or last-minute changes. Keep updated knowledge of hotel inventory, seasonal promotions, and negotiated rates. Collaborate with the accounts team for reconciliation and hotel payments.
