Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing reservations and booking requests from customers, ensuring accurate and timely reservation processing, and providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to reservations. Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms. - Confirm reservations and send confirmation details to customers. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure the availability of rooms or services. - Manage cancellations and modifications to existing reservations. - Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information.
