Reservation Executive

Job Summary:

The Reservation Executive is responsible for handling all reservation inquiries efficiently, accurately, and courteously. This role ensures optimal room bookings to maximize occupancy and revenue while delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound reservation calls and emails from guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
• Accurately input and update reservations into the Property Management System (PMS).
• Upsell room types and services to maximize revenue.
• Ensure all reservations are confirmed with accurate details (arrival, departure, room type, rates, guest preferences).
• Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and no-show updates.
• Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, and sales teams for seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, promotions, rates, packages, and hotel policies.
• Follow SOPs and ensure all bookings are processed according to company standards.
• Prepare daily reports for reservations, occupancy forecast, and cancellations.
• Handle overbooking situations and suggest alternate arrangements when necessary.
• Ensure timely follow-up with pending inquiries or special requests.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office preferred.
• Proficient in using reservation/PMS software (e.g., WINHMS, Opera, IDS, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,039.85 per month
