Job Overview We are hiring a Guest Reservation Executive to manage customer bookings, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth reservation process. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle guest bookings via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms like GetYourGuide. Provide cruise details, pricing, timing, and meal information to potential guests. Confirm and update reservations in the system. Answer guest queries politely and professionally. Coordinate with the operations team for guest arrivals and seating. Maintain accurate records of daily bookings and payments. Assist walk-in guests at the cruise location, if needed.
