Job Description

  • Manage and process room reservations for guests through phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Respond promptly to reservation inquiries and provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel facilities.
  • Confirm, modify, or cancel bookings as per guest requests, ensuring all details are recorded accurately in the reservation system.
  • Collaborate with front office and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and special requests are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Generate daily and periodic reservation reports for management review.
  • Upsell hotel services and facilities where appropriate to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the reservation process.
  • Stay informed about hotel promotions, packages, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
