Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Reservation Associate located in New Delhi. The Reservation Associate will be responsible for handling reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of reservation systems and booking software
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and willingness to work different shifts
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Hospitality management degree or related field is beneficial
