Reseller Manager

You will be responsible for winning, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding relations with channel partners within an assigned territory. It will be your duty to understand the overall sales strategy and implement the necessary tactics to grow sales revenue through the partner network. Your key responsibilities will include developing new sales channels through strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, and retailers. Moreover, you will need to develop business plans with clear goals, milestones, and action points for each partner. Regularly reviewing each business partner in line with their business plan is crucial, as well as ensuring that sales quotas of each partner are monitored, managed, and achieved. Your role will also involve finding new partners in targeted geographies, negotiating contracts with new partners to ensure they comply with company standards, and providing training and support to new partner recruits to ensure they are able to effectively sell the company's products or services. You will be responsible for improving the performance of existing partners by evaluating their performance and suggesting improvements where necessary. Monitoring partner performance to ensure they are meeting sales quotas and maintaining customer satisfaction is essential. In addition, you will need to coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/partner expectations. Acting as a bridge for communication between the customers/partners and the engineering team will also be part of your responsibilities. Motivating and coaching partner employees to help them meet their goals is a key aspect of this role. Establishing and maintaining effective communication with partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is crucial. Lastly, monitoring competitor activity in the industry to identify opportunities for market share growth through the partner network will be an important part of your role.,
