As a Research Associate, your role is to support the Head Leadership Hiring in building a strong pool of exceptional candidates for timely completion of assignments. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting head-hunting activities such as industry mapping to identify suitable candidates for top-level mandates. - Engaging with candidates to assess their capabilities, strengths, and limitations before shortlisting them. - Identifying executives for evaluation and inclusion in searches. - Creating a target list of companies and executives based on assignment specifications and continuously researching relevant information. - Assisting in gathering pertinent information to support Head Leadership Hiring. - Researching industry trends, key players, and potential talent pools within specific sectors. - Evaluating resumes and conducting initial screenings to assess candidate suitability. - Managing the company's candidate and market information database to ensure accuracy and relevance. Qualifications required for this role include a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in a relevant field, along with 6 to 10 years of experience in the field.
