Job Description: As an R&D Engineer specializing in Physics and Materials Science, your primary responsibility will be to conduct research on advanced materials, composites, and coatings. This will involve performing laboratory experiments, material synthesis, and characterization using cutting-edge techniques such as XRD, SEM, TEM, FTIR, DSC, and TGA. You will be expected to analyze data, interpret results, and derive actionable insights to contribute to product and process development. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the design, fabrication, and testing of prototypes and functional devices. Collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams will be crucial to integrate materials effectively into end-use applications. Your duties will also include documenting findings, preparing technical reports, presentations, and potentially contributing to patents/publications. Furthermore, you will assist in scaling laboratory processes to pilot/industrial levels, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. It will be essential for you to stay abreast of the latest advancements in physics, nanotechnology, and material innovations to enhance your contributions. Qualifications Required: - M.Sc in Physics or Materials Science. - 1 to 5 years of relevant experience. Please note that this job is full-time and the work location is in person at Lucknow, UP. Immediate joiners and local candidates are encouraged to apply. The salary range for this position is between 35000 to 50000/- CTC per month. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
