Role & responsibilities Partner with Sakon Implementation Managers (IMs) and clients to manage Sakon TEM platform implementations. Work on Internal and External projects and ensure the projects are completed within the stipulated timeframe. Work with the internal teams to deliver accurate, quality service to clients through the implementation process. Assist the Sakon IMs in stakeholders engagement to document current business process. Gather information from customers, evaluate their needs and create implementation solutions along with the Sakon IMs. Ensure completion of internal deliverables and meeting milestones Maintain the Service Delivery Plan, track the deliverable schedule and weekly task list. Proactively identify project risks Communicate project progress to all stakeholders. Coordinate Sakon resources from the Audit, Carrier, and Technical teams.
