You are being hired by a US Chemical manufacturing company for the position of Team Lead Research and Development (Research Scientist) at Bangalore Electronic City location. **Role Overview:** As a Team Lead Research and Development, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring early career technology professionals in the field of product development in Beauty and Personal Care. Your role will involve overseeing laboratory operations, implementing safe laboratory practices, and regulations.
