About the Role Nugen is expanding its research team to build the world's most reliable AI systems. As a Research Scientist, you'll work with AI scientists from Stanford University and IIT Madras to pioneer breakthrough research in Domain-Aligned AI technology for high-stakes industries. What You'll Do Lead research on AI architectures with quantifiable reliability bounds Translate research breakthroughs into production-ready implementations What You Bring Passion for solving hard problems with bias for action Research publications in top AI/ML conferences or journals Experience implementing novel deep learning architectures (PyTorch, JAX) Ph.D. in ML, CS, Mathematics, HPC, or related quantitative field If no Ph.D.: Masters with relevant experience + ability to supervise complex scientific AI agents Why Nugen Shape the future of reliable AI with researchers and deeptech leaders from EMEA & APJ.
