Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jodhpur for a Research Scientist specializing in Inorganic Crystals. The Research Scientist will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing results, developing synthesis protocols for crystals, and advancing materials research. Tasks include characterizing materials, documenting research findings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves continuous learning and contributing to innovation within the field of materials science, particularly in inorganic crystal development.

Qualifications

• Ph.D in Physics / Material Science / Chemistry
• At least one research paper in Peer Reviewed International Journal in the area of crystal growth/crystal processing through melt growth method.(Mandatory)
• Salary upto 8 LPA only.
• Strong knowledge and practical expertise in inorganic chemistry, crystallography,crystal synthesis, and materials characterization techniques.
• Proficiency in laboratory research methods, analytical techniques, and experimentation with inorganic materials.
• Experience with scientific writing, technical documentation, and detailed report preparation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in research teams, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in a laboratory or R&D environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in experimental settings.
