Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Working Time: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Research Scientist with a PhD in Life Sciences/Biotechnology or related fields and hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and cell line development. The ideal candidate will contribute to ongoing R&D projects focused on biologics, gene therapy, or cell-based products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently design, plan, and execute experiments involving mammalian cell culture and genetic modification.
• Maintain and optimize stable and transient mammalian cell lines for research and production purposes.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges in cell line development and provide scientific solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including molecular biology, protein expression, and downstream processing units.
• Prepare scientific documentation, project reports, and research publications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in cell biology and contribute to innovation within the R&D pipeline.

Requirements:

• PhD in Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of post-PhD research experience in mammalian cell culture (industry or academic setting).
• Proven expertise in cell line development, transfection, clone screening, and cell characterization.
• Familiarity with cGMP, GLP, and other regulatory guidelines is a plus.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
