Research - Operations (Paralegal) Associate

Role Overview: As a Paralegal Associate within the Global Research and Evidence Lab team at UBS in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day market data procurement processes, legal review, contract management, and various ad hoc projects. Your role will involve providing exceptional service to business units, managing data contracts, and handling sourcing requests on behalf of the Global Research and Evidence Lab team. Key Responsibilities: - Support the day-to-day market data procurement processes - Assist in legal review, contract management, invoicing, cost management, and ad hoc projects - Provide exceptional service to business units throughout the procurement process - Track, manage, and maintain data contracts in an organized manner - Raise, manage, and monitor sourcing requests for business units Qualifications Required: - University degree in legal studies or related field (e.g., economics or general business management) - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant - Familiarity with corporate law and legal procedures - Experience in vendor interaction, legal research, writing legal documentation, and administrative duties - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and other procurement-related items - Strong organizational ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism About the Company: UBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
